Our commitment
Kutumbam is built on Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family. Every family, regardless of caste, region, language, faith tradition, generation, or background, belongs here equally.
Zero-tolerance discrimination
One confirmed violation may result in immediate account suspension. Covered categories include:
- Caste discrimination — explicit or coded
- Religious discrimination
- Regional and linguistic discrimination
- Colorism
- Gender discrimination
- Age discrimination
- Disability discrimination
- Sexual orientation or gender identity–based derogation
- Hate speech promoting violence or dehumanisation
Other prohibited harm
Harassment, threats, sexual or grooming content, scams or phishing, and content that encourages self-harm are not welcome. Circles exist for mutual care and cultural continuity — not for recruiting, shaming, or commercial spam.
How we moderate (pilot)
On kutumbam.co, circle posts publish under a stub provider (no vendor AI pre-scan yet). Members can flag posts; Platform Admin reviews the queue with a 48-hour target SLA. Private messages are not proactively scanned. AI-assisted moderation may be added later when volume warrants it.
Invite responsibility
Share referral links only with families you personally know and trust. Do not post invite links publicly or in mass channels.
Reporting
Use in-product flagging where available. For urgent concerns, email hello@kutumbam.app. Reports are handled with discretion.
